I got to work on Saturday 4/3/10 and saw the big line at the Apple Store and was inspired…There were at least 25 people standing outside waiting to get in for the big launch. I figured waiting in line for the newest Apple technology, the iPad, would make folks hungry, so I went on a mission to satisfy their hunger! Chef Ulises and I put together a platter of Baja Shrimp Ceviche and Hawaiian Poke and took a little walk down to feed the masses. Just as I thought, folks gobbled up the samples in no time. We were out in about 5 minutes! People sure do love our food! I also brought some treats for the hard working Apple Employees. We love the staff at the Chestnut Street Apple Store, they come in for lunch all the time!
